My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The rooms were immaculate, quiet, and comfortable, providing everything we needed, but the bathroom was very small, and unfortunately, there was no microwave. The service was excellent, with a very friendly and accommodating staff who went out of their way to fulfill our wishes. The location was perfect, offering easy access to Miami South Beach and various amenities, yet our specific room lacked a microwave, and we had to call for ice, which was a bit inconvenient. The dining experience had its ups and downs, with great proximity to a fabulous Irish pub but disappointing continental breakfast options. Overall, a decent stay with a few drawbacks.
